Terms of Use and End User License Agreement for SupGro

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement, called the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of SupGro, including SupGro Plus subscriptions, groups, messages, posts, reflections, support features, and related services.

The app is operated by Supgro LLC. In these Terms, “SupGro,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Supgro LLC.

By downloading, accessing, subscribing to, or using SupGro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SupGro.

1. About SupGro

SupGro is an anonymous, low-pressure community and reflection app designed to help people connect, reflect, share, participate in groups, and support each other without requiring real names, public popularity metrics, or contact linking.

SupGro is not an emergency service, crisis service, medical service, therapy service, or professional advice service. If you are in immediate danger or believe someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider.

2. Eligibility

SupGro for iOS is intended for users who are 18 years old or older. By using SupGro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

You may not use SupGro if you are prohibited from using the app under applicable law or if your account has been suspended or removed for violating these Terms.

3. Anonymous Use and Accounts

SupGro is designed to allow anonymous use. You are not required to use your real name, a real profile photo, or contact linking to participate.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or device. Do not share login credentials or attempt to access another person’s account.

Although SupGro supports anonymous display inside the app, anonymity does not mean that SupGro cannot process technical, account, safety, subscription, or diagnostic data needed to operate and protect the service.

4. SupGro Plus Subscriptions

SupGro offers an optional paid subscription called SupGro Plus.

SupGro Plus may include premium features such as:

• More messages.
• Advanced groups.
• Longer group times.
• Premium tools.
• A calmer premium experience.
• Support for keeping SupGro safe, moderated, and growing.

Available subscription products may include:

• SupGro Plus Monthly: a 1-month auto-renewable subscription.
• SupGro Plus Yearly: a 1-year auto-renewable subscription.
• SupGro Plus Monthly Offer: a discounted monthly auto-renewable subscription, when available.
• SupGro Plus Yearly Offer: a discounted yearly auto-renewable subscription, when available.

Features may vary by app version, device, region, eligibility, subscription product, and App Store availability.

5. Free Trials and Discounted Plans

Regular SupGro Plus Monthly and SupGro Plus Yearly plans may include a 7-day free trial for eligible users. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be available only once per Apple Account or subscription group.

After the free trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown in the Apple purchase sheet unless canceled before the trial ends.

Discounted monthly or yearly plans charge immediately at the Apple price shown and do not include a free trial unless Apple’s purchase sheet clearly states otherwise.

6. Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

SupGro Plus subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple Account Settings. Deleting the SupGro app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store rules and policies. SupGro cannot guarantee refunds for purchases made through Apple.

7. Restore Purchases

If you have an active subscription and do not see your SupGro Plus access, use the Restore Purchases button in the app. SupGro may verify your subscription status with Apple to restore access.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SupGro to post, send, encourage, or promote:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
• Threats of violence or encouragement of self-harm or harm to others.
• Sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or predatory behavior.
• Hate speech, racial attacks, or content attacking protected groups.
• Illegal content, illegal activity, or instructions to commit wrongdoing.
• Impersonation, deception, scams, spam, or malicious behavior.
• Doxxing, sharing private information, or violating another person’s privacy.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempts to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse SupGro.

SupGro is intended for support, reflection, and low-pressure connection. Do not use the app to abuse, manipulate, exploit, or endanger others.

9. User Content

You may create, post, send, or share content through SupGro, including messages, group content, reflections, support posts, and reports.

You keep ownership of content you create. By submitting content to SupGro, you grant SupGro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, moderate, process, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the app.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not post personal information that you do not want other users in the relevant group, conversation, or area to see.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

SupGro may moderate content and accounts to protect users and the community.

SupGro may remove, blur, cover, limit, restrict, suspend, or ban content or accounts that violate these Terms or create safety concerns. Severe violations, including threats, sexual exploitation, illegal content, hate speech, racial attacks, targeted abuse, or other serious misconduct, may be blocked, removed, or sent to review.

Some sensitive but allowed content may be blurred, covered, labeled, or limited rather than fully removed.

SupGro may use automated tools, human review, user reports, or a combination of these methods to support moderation.

11. Reporting and Blocking

SupGro may provide tools to report content, report users, block users, or limit unwanted interactions. You agree not to misuse reporting or blocking systems.

Reports may be reviewed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, and enforcement.

12. Ownership of SupGro

SupGro, including the app, design, code, logos, features, systems, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Supgro LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of SupGro to you.

13. App License

Subject to these Terms, Supgro LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use SupGro on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s App Store rules and usage rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from SupGro except where applicable law allows it.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

For users who download SupGro through the Apple App Store:

This agreement is between you and Supgro LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for SupGro or its content.

Supgro LLC, not Apple, is responsible for providing maintenance and support for SupGro, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If SupGro fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for SupGro.

Supgro LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to SupGro or your use of SupGro, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory claims, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property claims.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

15. Third-Party Services

SupGro may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, moderation, notifications, subscriptions, or similar functions.

Your use of Apple services, including Apple In-App Purchase and Apple Account subscription management, is governed by Apple’s own terms and policies.

16. Privacy

SupGro’s collection, use, and sharing of information is described in the SupGro Privacy Policy. By using SupGro, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to SupGro

SupGro may add, remove, update, limit, or change features at any time. We may also modify or discontinue parts of the app for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.

Paid subscription features will be provided during the active subscription period as described in the app and purchase flow, subject to reasonable updates and changes.

18. Termination

You may stop using SupGro at any time.

SupGro may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the app, or if continued access would create legal, safety, or operational concerns.

Termination does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through Apple Account Settings.

19. Disclaimers

SupGro is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supgro LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

SupGro does not guarantee that content posted by users is accurate, safe, complete, or reliable.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supgro LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or emotional distress arising from or related to your use of SupGro.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supgro LLC’s total liability for any claim related to SupGro will not exceed the amount you paid to SupGro for the subscription period giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Supgro LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of SupGro, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer protection laws provide non-waivable rights.

23. Changes to These Terms

SupGro may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the app or on SupGro’s legal page with a new effective date. Continued use of SupGro after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
